Job summary

ResCare Community Living, a part of the Sevita family, provides person-centered supports that help people with disabilities live more independently at home and in their community.

As a Direct Support Professional, you will assist 4–6 individuals in residential settings, deliver daily living activities, medication support where assigned, socialization, and transportation, and document progress in records. The role is non-exempt, hourly, with benefits that include 401K, PTO/sick time, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of experience in human services preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Working knowledge of computers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver support per individual service/program plans, including socialization and health maintenance.
• Assist with daily activities: personal care, housekeeping, transportation, and community integration.
• Record progress and maintain confidentiality; review records and logs.
