Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) strongly preferred.
• One year or more experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Valid NYS driver's license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement individuals’ plans consistent with goals and outcomes.
• Support and teach individuals to foster skills development.
• Promote and support community inclusion per individual needs.
• Document necessary information accurately and on time.
