Job summary

Sevita’s REM Community Services in Minnesota is hiring part-time caregivers to support individuals with developmental disabilities. Earn $20.95 per hour, with a schedule including evenings and weekends to fit your life, and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees.

You’ll assist with daily living activities, promote independence, help with hygiene, meals, recreation, and community participation while building trusting relationships and receiving ongoing training and support

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Vehicle access and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants in community integration and participation in activities.
• Help participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Demonstrate compassion, patience, and reliability in caregiving roles.
