Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license with access to an insured vehicle may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs.
• Help participants be part of the community and pursue activities they enjoy.
• Develop meaningful relationships and provide support aligned with participants’ goals.
