You will engage with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, implement IPPs, and respond calmly to behavioral escalations.

Require 18+, HS diploma or GED, and ability to pass background checks. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts available; full-time and part-time positions.

Qualifications

• English communication skills required.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and assist with ADLs.
• Monitor and support behavior per IPPs and plans.
• Record progress notes and data accurately.
• Ensure a safe, clean residential environment.
