Job summary

The Brown Family Housing and Supportive Services is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to provide compassionate, in-home support to adults with developmental disabilities across multiple Orange County locations. The role offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and paid training to obtain required state certifications.

Responsibilities include companionship, transportation to appointments, health monitoring, and assisting with daily living activities while maintaining client dignity

Qualifications

• Driver’s license, vehicle, and auto insurance requirements.
• Live Scan background check and TB test within 12 months.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and personal care in clients' homes.
• Transport clients to appointments and community activities.
• Remind about medications and monitor health conditions.
• Assist clients with daily living tasks as needed.
