Job summary

Mentor Community Services, a Sevita company, is hiring a Direct Support Professional to provide compassionate, person-centered support in residential settings. You’ll help 4–6 individuals, assist with daily living, health tasks, transportation, and community integration, and document progress in patient records.

Qualified candidates have a valid driver’s license, are 18+, and have basic computer skills. This hourly role pays $15.75 per hour and offers a mission-driven environment with training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of experience in human services preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Working knowledge of computers.

Responsibilities

• Directly support 4–6 individuals in residential settings.
• Deliver support per individual service plans including socialization, health maintenance, medication administration, skill/behavioral development.
• Assist with daily activities: personal care, housekeeping, transportation, community integration, shopping, and other activities of daily living.
