Job summary

Aurora Staffing is a non-profit organization partnering with Legacy Treatment Services to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities across New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The role offers starting pay of $15.92 per hour, with a $2.00 per hour shift differential for weekend overnight hours and opportunities for professional development within the Woods System of Care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Driver's license valid in current state of residence.
• One year of paid work experience.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or the elderly preferred.
• Must pass mandated trainings including Crisis Management, CPR and First Aid.
• Background checks and clearances required.
• Drug screen pre-employment and random screens.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities such as personal care, health management and daily tasks.
• Participate in ISP development and planning team meetings.
• Complete required paperwork accurately including logs and ISP data.
• Comply with policies and licensing standards.
• Transport clients in company vehicles as required.
• Attend staff meetings and required training.
