Job summary

Aurora Staffing is seeking dedicated staff for Legacy Treatment Services in New Jersey to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home and community settings. Primary duties include daily living assistance, health management, and participating in individualized support planning.

This role offers a $2.00/hr shift differential for weekend evening hours and requires certification, background checks, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must pass mandated trainings: Crisis Management, CPR and First Aid.
• Must be able to operate vehicles legally and safely.
• Clear background checks including CHRI and CARI.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living activities and personal health management.
• Participate in ISP development and Planning Team meetings.
• Complete required paperwork accurately (logs, ISP data).
• Comply with policies and licensing standards.
• Transport clients in company vehicles as needed.
• Attend staff meetings and required trainings.

Skills

Lifting 50 lbs

CPR/First Aid certified
