Legacy Treatment Services in Mount Holly, NJ is seeking dedicated caregivers to support individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings.
The role includes personal care, health management, transportation, and active participation in individual support plans; a $2.00 per hour shift differential applies for weekend overnight hours. A high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and at least 1 year of paid experience are required.
Qualifications
- Certification in mandated trainings (CPR, First Aid, Crisis Management)
- Must pass background checks including CHRI and state registry
- Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
Responsabilités
- Assist individuals in daily living activities (personal care, health management, meal planning)
- Support ISP development and participate in planning meetings
- Complete required paperwork accurately and manage logs
- Administer prescribed medications as directed
- Transport clients in company vehicles and accompany to activities
- Maintain health, safety, and sanitary standards in the home environment
