Job summary

Complete Human Services NJ LLC is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide in-home and community-based support for autistic, intellectually and/or developmentally disabled individuals. You will empower adults to develop daily living skills and encourage independence through individualized plans.

Role includes promoting community integration and maintaining excellent communication with individuals, families, and guardians.

Qualifications

• Are 18 years of age or older
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have a current driver’s license in good standing
• Have the ability and willingness to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends

Complete Human Services NJ LLC is an approved New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) Provider who believes in care and support for all abilities. We provide compassionate, person-centered In- Home and Community Based Supports, Community Inclusion, Respite, Transportation, and Individual Supports that honor each person’s needs.

We are looking for Direct Support Professionals that are passionate about providing quality care in a positive and empathetic manner. Our Direct Support Professionals must have a strong desire to work with autistic, intellectually and/or developmentally disabled individuals and their families.
