Job summary

Complete Human Services NJ LLC in New Jersey seeks Direct Support Professionals to provide compassionate, person-centered in-home and community-based supports for autistic and developmentally disabled individuals and their families.

You will empower adults to develop daily life skills, promote independence through personalized plans, and support community integration while maintaining excellent communication with individuals, families, and guardians.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Have a current driver’s license in good standing.
• Have the ability and willingness to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent communication with individuals, families, and guardians.

Complete Human Services NJ LLC is an approved New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) Provider who believes in care and support for all abilities. We provide compassionate, person-centered In- Home and Community Based Supports, Community Inclusion, Respite, Transportation, and Individual Supports that honor each person’s needs.

We are looking for Direct Support Professionals that are passionate about providing quality care in a positive and empathetic manner. Our Direct Support Professionals must have a strong desire to work with autistic, intellectually and/or developmentally disabled individuals and their families.
