Job summary

WE SUPPORT YOU LLC in Allendale, NJ is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to join our team. You will provide personalized care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, implement ISPs, assist with daily living, and support community activities.

Hours are Monday to Thursday 3:30pm–6:30pm. A high school diploma is required, background check and drug screening are needed, CPR/First Aid is preferred or obtainable, and a valid driver’s license helps.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in direct support, caregiving, or human services preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic, and person-centered approach.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Respond appropriately to behavioral challenges using approved intervention techniques.
