WE SUPPORT YOU LLC is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to join our team in NJ. The role focuses on delivering personalized care to individuals with disabilities, implementing ISPs, and supporting daily living activities to promote independence.

We value a patient, empathetic, and person-centered approach and offer opportunities for training, development, and flexible scheduling. Located across Essex, Passaic, Morris, and Bergen counties in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in direct support, caregiving, or human services preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic, and person-centered approach.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and assistance to individuals with IDD.
• Support clients with daily living activities including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household tasks.
• Implement individualized support plans (ISPs) and document progress accurately.
• Assist with community integration, transportation, and recreational activities.
• Administer medications and monitor health needs per established protocols.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and care team members.
• Respond appropriately to behavioral challenges using approved intervention techniques.
