This Part Time Direct Support Professional role pays $18.50 per hour in Minot, ND. Week 1 and Week 2 schedules are specified; a valid driver’s license and clean MVR are required. Join Sevita to make a meaningful impact and grow your career.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Strong communication, adaptability, teamwork and time-management skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible behavior.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living tasks.
• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Help participants participate in community activities and favorite activities.
• Provide care for individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.

Part Time Direct Support Professional $18.50 per hour.

Week 1: Sunday 8am - 10pm, Friday 5pm - 10pm

Week 2: Friday 5pm - 10pm, Saturday 8am - 10pm

This position requires someone who has had a valid Driver's License for at least one year post permit, and a clean Motor Vehicle Report that meet's Sevita's insurability policy.
