Job summary

REM Community Services, part of Sevita, seeks a Full Time Direct Support Professional in Grafton, ND to help individuals live well. The role pays $20.85 per hour with a schedule of Monday 8am–4pm, Wednesday 8am–9pm, and every other Saturday.

You’ll support daily activities and community participation. Requirements include High School Diploma or equivalent, six months in human services preferred, and a valid driver's license with a clean MVR.

Qualifications

• Experience: Six months in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean MVR and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living; support personal hygiene.

Full Time Direct Support Professional - $20.85 per hour

Monday 8am - 4pm, Wednesday 8am - 9pm, Every Other Saturday. Saturday 34 hrs

This position requires someone who has had a valid Driver's License for at least one year post permit, and a clean Motor Vehicle Report that meets Sevita's insurability policy.
