Sevita is hiring caregivers in the Duluth area to provide community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Join a mission-driven team focused on helping people grow, learn, and live well, with a flexible day shift and a full benefits package.

You’ll support personal care, help participants pursue goals in budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, and build meaningful relationships. Prior experience is preferred, but compassion and reliability matter most.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
