Job summary

The Supported Living Group is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with disabilities in Connecticut. This full-time or part-time role focuses on promoting independence, completing household tasks, and accompanying clients to appointments.

You will support daily routines, teach life skills such as budgeting and grocery shopping, and help individuals achieve personal goals while maintaining safety and dignity. Excellent communication is essential.

Responsibilities
