Qualifications

• Provide person-centered supports tailored to individual needs (Activities of Daily Living, behavioral supports, coaching and skill-building).
• Assist with transportation to various activities and medical appointments.
• Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming living environments (laundry, housekeeping, meal preparation).
• Teach valuable skills—from financial management to communication.
