Qualifications

• Valid US driver\'s license with reliable transportation and insurance.
• Ability to pass a DHS background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide supports as needed and authorized for the person.
• Transport to activities and attend medical appointments as needed.
• Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming living environments, including laundry and meals.
• Teach valuable skills such as financial management and communication.
• Be a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy.
• Document care accurately to ensure accurate medical records.
• Complete and stay up to date on required trainings.
• Collaborate and communicate with the team on service plans.
