Mains’l Services is seeking Direct Support Professionals to support individuals in their homes and communities, helping them live their best lives. This full-time/part-time DSP role offers opportunities for hands-on experience and leadership growth.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• A valid US driver’s license, reliable transportation with insurance
• Ability to pass a background check through DHS

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in their home and community with activities of daily living and skill-building
• Provide person-centered supports and coaching
• Assist with transportation to activities and medical appointments
• Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming living environments and document care and daily activities
• Be a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy
