Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 21 years of age or older with a valid Alabama driver's license.
• Certified Nursing Assistant is a plus.
• Must pass background screenings and abuse/neglect registry checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform personal care tasks and assist with daily living activities.
• Promote person-centered goals within the Individualized Plan of Care.
• Ensure client safety and maintain a safe environment.
• Assist with toileting and medication reminders as trained.
• Document services provided and communicate changes to the office.
