This role assists individuals with daily living activities, personal care needs, community engagement, and skill development while promoting independence, dignity, safety, and choice.

What You'll Do

As a Direct Support Professional, you will:

• Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care
• Support personal goals, independence, and life skill development
• Encourage participation in community and social activities
• Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support
• Help with meals, housekeeping, and maintaining a safe environment
• Support medication routines and healthcare appointments as directed
• Complete daily documentation and follow support plans
• Protect the rights, dignity, and well-being of those served while following agency policies
