Job summary

New Purpose is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide compassionate, person-centered support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in homes and communities. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to pass required background screenings and training requirements.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass required background screenings and training requirements
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with mobility needs as required
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
