AbleLight is looking for energetic Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live independently, achieve personal goals, and enjoy fulfilling lives.

As a DSP, you will build trust, provide companionship, support daily living, and help people participate in their communities, with paid training and a supportive team environment.
