Venture Community Services in Massachusetts is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them participate fully in daily life and their community.

Schedule: Thursday–Saturday 11p–9a; Part-time 30 hours. Pay rate: $17.50–$19.00 per hour with paid training and a $1000 sign-on bonus for full-time or $500 for part-time. Duties include daily living tasks, appointments, safety, and promoting independence.
