The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties in Harrisburg, PA is hiring a part-time, entry-level Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide direct care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The DSP helps with daily living activities and supports independence.

The position offers a competitive pay: $17.55 per hour with a $1 shift differential, plus 60 hours of paid vacation in the first year, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, and long-term disability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle during working hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
