The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties (CPARC) in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide direct care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This entry-level role supports people to lead self-directed, meaningful lives within a dedicated team.

We offer a $17.55/hour wage plus a $1/hour shift differential, along with 60 hours of paid vacation in the first year, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, and long-term

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle during working hours.
• Flexible and patient with individuals and schedules.
• Respectful and discreet with confidential information; honest in all duties.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with disabilities to live as independently as possible.
• Assist with activities of daily living: household tasks, transportation, medication administration, groceries, meal preparation, and personal care.
