The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties in Harrisburg, PA is hiring a full-time, entry-level awake overnight Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will help people live self-directed, meaningful lives and work as part of a dedicated team.

Compensation includes $17.55/hour with a $1/hour shift differential and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver2 license and access to a vehicle during working hours.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living activities including personal care and household tasks.
• Assist with medications administration and grocery shopping.
• Build relationships and tailor care to individual differences and needs.
• Provide safe, respectful support in a team environment.
