The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties in Harrisburg, PA is hiring a full-time entry-level Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide direct care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

As a DSP, you will support with daily living tasks, transportation, medication administration, and community participation, while building meaningful relationships and helping individuals live self-directed, meaningful lives.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle during working hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Assist with activities of daily living and community integration.
• Support independence and safety while delivering person-centered services.
• Collaborate with a team to implement care plans and monitor well-being.
