CALIFORNIA ENHANCED BEHAVIORAL SUPPORT SERVICES LLC seeks a Direct Support Professional to provide hands-on care for adults with developmental disabilities in an ARF. You will assist with ADLs, implement IPPs, and support residents in skill-building within a structured home setting.

Responsibilities include documenting progress, maintaining safety, and collaborating with the clinical team. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a CA driver’s license, and CPR/First Aid certification or ability to

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or residential care is preferred.
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
• Ability to pass background clearance requirements.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on support with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility).
• Support residents in daily routines, community integration, and skill-building activities.
• Implement IPPs and behavior support plans as directed by the clinical team.
• Provide supervision and support in a structured residential setting.
• Promote independence, dignity, and person-centered care.
• Monitor residents’ wellbeing and health protocols; respond to emergencies.
• Complete daily progress notes, data collection, and incident reports; ensure DDS/LIC standards.
• Follow all company policies and Title 17/Title 22 regulations.
