Job summary

CALIFORNIA ENHANCED BEHAVIORAL SUPPORT SERVICES LLC seeks a Direct Support Professional to provide hands-on care for adults with developmental disabilities in an ARF. You will assist with ADLs, implement IPPs, and support residents in skill-building within a structured home setting.

Responsibilities include documenting progress, maintaining safety, and collaborating with the clinical team. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a CA driver’s license, and CPR/First Aid certification or ability to

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or residential care is preferred.
Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
Ability to pass background clearance requirements.
CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on support with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility).
Support residents in daily routines, community integration, and skill-building activities.
Implement IPPs and behavior support plans as directed by the clinical team.
Provide supervision and support in a structured residential setting.
Promote independence, dignity, and person-centered care.
Monitor residents’ wellbeing and health protocols; respond to emergencies.
Complete daily progress notes, data collection, and incident reports; ensure DDS/LIC standards.
Follow all company policies and Title 17/Title 22 regulations.
