Description

Sawtelle Sewell is a psychiatric residential treatment facility for youth ages 14-21.

Residential Assistants will be expected to provide positive support, caring assistance, and responsible supervision. This position requires a unique sensitivity to recognize and appropriately respond to clients who may have exhibited difficulties.

Requirements

Bachelor’s level degree in a related social service field (Psychology, Sociology, Education, Public Health, etc.; Psychology preferred) and experience working with youth in a group setting.

3 years or more with a high school diploma, working with youth in a behavioral group setting.

Valid driver’s license is required.

Schedule: Weekdays or Weekends; part-time or on‑call shifts.
