Job summary

The Center for Disability Services is seeking a Resident Counselor to support individuals in a 24/7 residential setting across the Capital Region of New York. This role focuses on daily treatment, care, and independence, working with interdisciplinary teams to promote dignity and informed risk-taking.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, and ability to lift 50 pounds. One year of related experience is preferred; benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k),
