Responsibilities

1. Work one-on-one with children (18 months to school age) providing ABA therapy in a center-based setting.
2. Collaborate with clinicians and behavior analysts to implement individualized therapy plans.
3. Use creativity and enthusiasm in play-based, naturalistic therapy sessions.
4. Help children progress in educational and social settings, preparing them for transition to traditional schools.
5. Track and document each child's progress and adapt programs as needed.
6. Be part of a supportive team dedicated to Lighthouse's Core Values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience with children preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Ability to lift/carry over 50 lbs, and perform physical activities such as running, crouching, and kneeling.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.
• Background check and drug test required for safety.

Salary

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
