Here are some of the responsibilities of an RBT at Lighthouse:

• Work one-on-one with children (18 months to school age) to provide ABA therapy in a center-based approach.
• Collaborate with clinicians and behavior analysts to implement personalized therapy plans.
• Use creativity and enthusiasm in a play-based, naturalistic therapy setting.
• Help children progress educationally and socially, preparing them for traditional school settings.
• Track and document each child's progress as you implement therapy programs.
• Be part of a supportive team dedicated to Lighthouse's Core Values.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required.
• Experience working with children is a plus but not necessary.
• Passion for working with children with autism spectrum disorder and their families.
• Team-oriented attitude and eagerness to support learner progress.

Requirements

• Ability to lift/carry over 50 lbs, sustain impact, and perform physical activities such as running, crouching, and kneeling.
• Full range of motion and ability to move quickly between positions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
• Background check and drug test required for safety.

Salary

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
