Description

Responsibilities

1. Work one-on-one with children (18 months to school age) to provide ABA therapy in a center-based setting.
2. Collaborate with clinicians and behavior analysts to implement individualized therapy plans.
3. Use creativity and enthusiasm in play-based, naturalistic therapy settings.
4. Help children progress in educational and social settings, preparing them for traditional school environments.
5. Track and document each child's progress and implement personalized therapy programs.
6. Contribute to a supportive team environment aligned with Lighthouse's Core Values.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Ability to lift/carry over 50 lbs, and perform physical activities such as running, crouching, and kneeling.
