As a RBT at Lighthouse, you will work with a team of clinicians and behavior analysts to provide high-quality, center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism. Here are some of the things you'll do as an RBT:
- Work one-on-one with children (18 months to school age) providing ABA therapy in a center-based setting.
- Collaborate with clinicians and behavior analysts to implement individualized therapy plans.
- Use creativity and enthusiasm in play-based, naturalistic therapy sessions.
- Help children progress educationally and socially, preparing them for traditional school settings.
- Track and document each child's progress and adapt therapy programs accordingly.
- Be part of a supportive team dedicated to Lighthouse's Core Values.

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required.
- Experience with children is preferred but not necessary.

Requirements
- Ability to lift/carry over 50 lbs, sustain impact (e.g., being hit), and perform physical activities like running, crouching, squatting, kneeling, and bending. Full range of motion of hands and arms. Sit on the floor or chair for extended periods. Move quickly between standing, seated, or kneeling positions. Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.
- Note: Safety is a priority. You will undergo a background check and drug test at hire.
