Are you looking for a fun, rewarding career dedicated to helping children reach their full potential? If so, we want YOU to join us as a RBT at Lighthouse Autism Center! As a RBT at Lighthouse, you will work with a team of clinicians and behavior analysts to provide high-quality, center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism. You'll receive all the training needed to help children learn new skills and reach their goals. Join a team committed to Lighthouse's Core Values: Compassionate, Trustworthy, Courageous, and Committed—become a Lighthouse Legend!

Here are some of the things you'll do as an RBT:

  • Work one-on-one with children (18 months to school age) providing ABA therapy in a center-based setting.
  • Collaborate with clinicians and behavior analysts to implement individualized therapy plans.
  • Use creativity and enthusiasm in play-based, naturalistic therapy sessions.
  • Help children progress educationally and socially, preparing them for traditional school settings.
  • Track and document each child's progress and adapt therapy programs accordingly.
  • Be part of a supportive team dedicated to Lighthouse's Core Values.

What we offer:

  • Paid training to ensure confidence and success in earning your RBT Certification, with additional training as you advance in your career levels.
  • Tuition reimbursement toward master's level education in a related field. Lighthouse supports your journey to BCBA Certification.
  • Competitive salary with opportunities for advancement—from Trainee to RBT Trainer in 3 to 15 months, with pay raises.
  • Benefits starting on day one: health, dental, vision insurance, $20,000 life insurance at no cost, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and a 401k plan with company match after 30 days.
  • Generous time off: 3 weeks of PTO annually, 8 paid holidays, and paid parental leave.
  • Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 40+ hours per week.
  • No contractual obligation—stay because you love working here, not because you have to.
  • A positive, supportive work environment focused on making a difference for children with autism and their families.

What you bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required.
  • Experience with children is preferred but not necessary.
  • A passion for working with children with autism spectrum disorder and their families.
  • A caring, team-oriented attitude.
  • Commitment to showing up every day and supporting children's progress.

If you're ready to become a Lighthouse Legend and make a difference, apply today!
