Responsibilities as an RBT include:

1. Providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children (18 months to school age).
2. Collaborating with clinicians to implement personalized therapy plans.
3. Using creativity in a play-based, naturalistic setting.
4. Supporting children's progress in educational and social settings.
5. Tracking and documenting each child's progress.
6. Being part of a supportive team committed to Lighthouse's Values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience with children is a plus but not required.

• Ability to show up consistently and support children's progress.

Requirements

• Ability to lift/carry over 50 lbs, sustain impact, and perform physical activities.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
• Background check and drug test required for safety.

Salary Range

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
