As a RBT at Lighthouse, you will work with a team of clinicians and behavior analysts to provide high-quality, center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism. Here are some of the key responsibilities you'll have as an RBT:

• Work one-on-one with children (18 months to school age) providing ABA therapy in a center-based setting.
• Collaborate with clinicians and behavior analysts to implement personalized therapy plans tailored to each child's needs.
• Utilize creativity and enthusiasm in a play-based, naturalistic therapy environment.
• Assist children in progressing educationally and socially, preparing them for transition to traditional school settings.
• Document and track each child's progress while implementing custom therapy programs.

What you bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required.
• Experience with children is preferred but not necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to lift/carry over 50 lbs, sustain impact to body, and perform physical activities such as running, crouching, squatting, kneeling, and bending.
• Full range of motion of hands and arms; ability to sit on the floor and chair for extended periods.
• Ability to move quickly between standing, seated, or kneeling positions without support.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.
• Background check and drug test required for safety compliance.
