Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• For DSP 2, at least three years of Direct Support Professional experience in the I/DD field.
• Valid NY State Driver's License may be required depending on the position.
• Tuberculosis test is mandatory for most positions.

Responsibilities

• To provide direct care services as needed.
• Support with ADLs, medical, dietary, social, recreational, financial, habilitative and other needs.
• Ensure the health, safety, and wellness of the people we support.
• Build and maintain positive relationships and participate in treatment plans.
• Complete mandatory trainings and documentation to ensure compliance and billing.
• Facilitate community integration and socialization.
