Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care services as needed.
• Train in ADLs and assist with personal care and other needs.
• Ensure health, safety, and wellness of people supported.
• Build and maintain positive relationships and participate in treatment plans.
• Complete mandatory trainings and required documentation.
