Venture Community Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional to empower adults with disabilities in a supportive, community-based setting. The role emphasizes advocacy, personal care, and helping individuals participate in daily activities.

Compensation includes a pay range of $17.50–$19 per hour with paid training and a sign-on bonus. Part-time schedule includes weekend shifts (Sun 4p-10p, Sat 4p-9p), with 11 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for and support adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities to empower their independence.
• Assist with household tasks, meal prep, shopping, transportation, and personal care.
• Support attendance at medical appointments, community activities, and outings; follow plans and guidelines.
