Prairie Community Services in Fergus Falls, MN, is seeking a Part-time Direct Support Provider for Douglas Home. You will oversee daily living activities, safety, and disability-support tasks on-site.

Starting wage is $16.27–$18.27 per hour. Required: 17+ years old, valid driver’s license, DHS background clearance, English literacy. On-site position with flexible schedule and strong team support.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 17 or as dictated by licensure.
• Must pass DHS background clearance.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to read, write, communicate and understand the English language while conducting company business.
• Read, comprehend, and follow each person served’s program related plans and procedures.
• Deliver support to the person served on principles of person-centered services.
• Administer CPR/First Aid when needed.
• Chart daily program information.
