Job summary

Qualifications

• Maintains prompt and regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with daily activities (bathing, dressing, meal planning, medication assistance).
• Provide transportation or arrange appointments and assist as a companion.
• Monitor customer condition and safety; report changes and document updates.
• Provide written daily shift updates using an online platform.

Job description

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroomfunctions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework.
• Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion
• Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community
• Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform
• Observe the customer’s condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success. This includes monitoring of equipment and materials
