Job summary

Catholic Charities of Baltimore in Lutherville Timonium, MD is seeking a Part-Time Direct Support Professional. The role offers a pay range of $20.00–$20.50 per hour and weekend Shifts on Saturdays and Sundays 7 AM–3 PM to support adults with developmental disabilities in living meaningful lives.

You will assist with daily routines, personal care, transportation, and medication administration while promoting independence and dignity for each person.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience and <= 3 points.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and assist with mobility.
• Completion of Medication Technician Training Program or willingness to complete.

Responsibilities

• Provide full support with daily routines including hygiene, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
• Transport to and from day programs and assist with medications as needed.
• Be patient, respectful, and build meaningful relationships with participants.
• Maintain clear, accurate records to ensure continuity of care.

We are seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) who values people for who they are and is excited to walk alongside adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they engage in the activities they love and pursue their goals.

Work Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 7 AM - 3 PM

MinimumRequirements:

• Comfortable driving agency vehicles andassistingpeople who use wheelchairs
• Able tolift upto 75 pounds, stand forlong periods, and provide physicalassistancewhen needed
• Completion of Medication Technician Training Program (or willingness to complete)
