You will help with daily living skills, community inclusion, and personal growth while ensuring health, safety, and well-being. The role requires Behavioral Support Experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals on Behavioral Support Plans.
• Must have a high school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive between sites.
• Comfortable using computers and electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with IDD in group homes or apartments.
• Assist with daily living skills and personal growth.
• Document shift summaries accurately in EHR systems.
• Transport residents to medical appointments and activities.
