Job summary

Whole Life is seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals to join our team in Bridgeport, CT. DSPs provide person-centered care to adults with developmental, intellectual, and/or physical disabilities, assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and support community integration and meaningful activities.

This is a full-time, 32-hour weekly position with a 6-month probationary period and a starting salary that increases after probation.

Qualifications

• Proof of a High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proof of valid driver’s license, Social Security card, birth certificate, or passport.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meal prep.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, support medical appointments.
