Job summary

Allaboutcaringmntc is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Minnesota to provide direct care, supervision, and skill-building support under HCBS programs. You will assist with ADLs, promote independence, and support community participation as outlined in each service plan.

Responsibilities include health and safety monitoring, accurate documentation, and following DHS 245D guidelines. Night or overnight shifts may be assigned; paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to follow written service plans and work independently.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and person-centered care.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Must pass DHS NetStudy 2.0 background check.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and supervision for individuals in HCBS programs.
• Assist with ADLs and daily living activities.
• Support skill-building and independence.
• Monitor health and safety; follow emergency procedures.
