Job summary

Creative Care Resources is seeking a Full Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in Minnesota. Shifts are typically 8am–3pm or 3pm–10pm across various nearby cities, with a focus on safety, engagement, and quality care.

Ideal candidates are dependable, energetic, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Training is provided, and benefits are offered for full-time staff, including health, dental, vision, and retirement

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Criminal Background Check required (training provided).
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record preferred.
• Read, write and speak English proficiently.
• Full Time requires working a minimum 30 hours per week.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year experience working with persons with special needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities and community access.
• Provide compassionate care from start to finish of each shift.
• Communicate effectively with team to ensure consistency of care.
