Job summary

D.I.C.E Community Residential Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide compassionate care to adults with developmental disabilities in homes and community settings.

You will promote independence, dignity, and client goals while adhering to ISP/PBSP plans and safety protocols. This is a full-time DSP position in the Tri-Cities, WA with overnight shifts and weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• CPR/First Aid, Bloodborne Pathogens, and Positive Behavior Support training provided if needed.
• Must have a valid WA driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing.
• Support meal prep, shopping, and household tasks.
• Promote independence through life skills coaching and community engagement.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Implement ISP, PBSP, and Functional Assessments as directed.
• Maintain client documentation and medication administration per policy.
